Many treatment programs and individual healthcare providers want to know how to utilize the Addiction-Free Pain Management® (APM) System to better help their patients who are suffering from chronic pain and prescription medication abuse or addiction. On this page you can investigate within the three different sections Training, Consultation, and Coaching what thousands of others have done to make use of the effective treatment interventions for chonic pain and prescription drug abuse or addiction found in the APM™ model.
Dr. Grinstead has worked extensively to refine the APM™ methodologies that resulted in agencies and individuals all over the United States and in Canada attending Trainings to learn how to implement the APM™ system within their treatment environment. Others use Dr. Grinstead's Consultation services to incorporate APM™ and the CENAPS® Model of Relapse Prevention and Denial Management.
We have recently incorporated Coaching into our business for those patients who meet the criteria and would benefit from informative teleclasses, group coaching, or individual coaching services from a trained Certified Coach or from Dr. Grinstead himself. Many people are unable or unwilling to enroll in a residential or outpatient treatment program so APM™ Coaching, which is provided exclusively by phone and the internet, is a great alternative for them.
We are also very excited to offer our APM™ Continuing Care Coaching Program to treatment providers who need ongoing chronic pain management support for their patients after they complete primary treatment. For more information about this program, please Contact us.

To develop a solid background and understanding of APM™ we have many books, pamphlets and learning modules available for purchase by both providers and patients on the Publications Page.
